At Eleanote, we take the privacy and security of our users and their patients seriously. The transcription and AI partners we rely on are bound by Business Associate Agreements that require them to handle protected health information (PHI) only to provide their services, to protect it in accordance with HIPAA, and never to use it to train AI models or for research. Eleanote has also been independently reviewed by a third party to evaluate the safeguards in place to protect this information — documentation is linked below.
